#TBT from my very first visit Scotland in April of 2010 for the Diageo Whisky course at Royal Lochnagar Distillery, where they let me pull a cask sample from a barrel of 1976 Millburn single malt, and had a liquor cabinet with the entire Rare Malts collection available to pour.
You're both wrong. Bourbon can come from any U.S. state, and it's always been that way. There was no "recently changed" nonsense...
That's a waste of cheap Bourbon...

U.S. spirits exports declined 3.8% during 2025, according to data released by the Distilled Spirits Council today. The biggest impact was the Canadian boycott of American spirits...exports would have been up 2.5%. We have details at the web site...
