SONIC PINOY FUN FACT! SONIC MAN OF THE PHILIPPINES! A biker from San Pedro, Laguna, was seen riding a blue and red motorcycle, dressed in a Sonic Movie-themed motorcycle jersey, and wearing a custom-made Sonic helmet. The rider was seen traveling across the Luzon provinces, accompanied by other motorcyclists. Additionally, the rider was spotted wearing a Shadow the Hedgehog jersey and a custom Shadow helmet, which is fitting for the character, known for riding a motorcycle. SONIC PINOY FUN FACT! PH'S OWN MOVIE SONIC MASCOTS! There were two custom-made Movie Sonic mascots here in the Philippines. The first one was used around Metro Manila and made by the talented Kino Kaoru! The mascot first showed up at the SEGA ATLUS Festival! He later then appeared in selected Robinsons and Gateway cinemas to promote the third Sonic film. Kino also made a custom Movie Shadow mascot, and appeared at Toycon Summer Prelude. Meanwhile, in Cebu, another Movie Sonic mascot appeared as well! While there is no information on who made it, the mascot only appeared at SM Seaside City Cebu to also promote the third film! SONIC PINOY FUN FACT! THE AMY ROSE AMBULANCE! In 2021, photos were shared on a Facebook page of a red and white ambulance with an image of Amy Rose on both sides. The ambulance was shown to be moving around the Luzon region, helping out patients and taking them to the hospital near them. The ambulance later then caught the attention of some Sonic fans on Twitter and Reddit. However, the current whereabouts of the ambulance are unknown. SONIC BLITZ HAS LAUNCHED IN THE PHILIPPINES! A brand new Sonic mobile game has been announced titled "Sonic Blitz"! This new mobile title will be "a collectible card game" that "draws on the rich roster of characters in the Sonic the Hedgehog universe" for players to collect, upgrade, and assemble. The game is being developed by SEGA and Rovio, and will be launching in the Philippines starting today, as part of a limited technical test release for the game. Making this the third Sonic mobile game to be launched first in the Philippines.
