Posted before, but bears repeating: Decades ago, a journalist patient of mine had spent 2wks on his campaign bus, where he’d proudly told her he’d kept his kids away from Chinese or other ‘ethnic’ food until they were in their 20s, after which it became “regrettably unavoidable”. Intrinsic racism 🤬
