It was always apparent but now it's increasingly undeniable that all these 20-something DOGE employees were chosen not *in spite* of inadequate vetting but *because* they would not pass vetting. Trump & Musk chose the people who seemed the most willing to commit illegal acts on their behalf.

it needs to be said that while democratic elected officials are trying to get into the USAID building which was shut down by musk, CNN and MSNBC are showing the entirety of a trump press conference.
It really is that simple. If Biden had announced he appointed Selena Gomez to shut down ICE, nobody would doubt that's illegal and unconstitutional.
Appointing Musk to shut down USAID is no different.
Once again, it was created by congress in 1961. Any decision to close it requires congress. This move is illegal.
Has congress passed a law superseding or eliminating the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961?
