We’re piloting new bus stop signage this spring at ~24 stops.
Updates include QR codes for real-time arrivals, simpler frequency info, clearer stop names, and expanded signage at more locations.
We’ll evaluate rider use (including QR scans) to guide future improvements. 🚌📱

We’ve put a lot of effort into improving conditions for our riders and transit workers, primarily by expanding our layers of official presence. We are encouraged by what we’re hearing.

There was a broken down train causing issues in the system. It has since been fixed and regular service is resuming. There may still be some delays this morning due to weather-related issues though. Sorry for the inconvenience. -JN

If you’re planning to ride with us tomorrow, it’s a good idea to give yourself extra time, watch for service alerts, and tread carefully as you walk or roll to the stop or station near you.
