"Called To Heel" by bagheera
This series is a true gift, it really feels like it could be within the MCU. Missionfic but with some sexy zemobucky interactions that can get dark and petplayish at times. Very hot, very COMPELLING, I was super engaged. (has a podfic AND sequel)
"Vindicta" by BelyyVolk
Missionfic, ppl are going missing and they have to go rescue Zemo. Long and super satisfying, very romantic.
"The Soldier's Time" by WinterSabbath
I LOVE THIS FIC. Zemo uses the time travel machine from Endgame and goes back to see his family one last time, BUT ENCOUNTERS THE WINTER SOLDIER who doesn't know him yet. They grow close. It's SO BITTERSWEET, and yes there is a sequel.
The "That Which You Fear" series by Spintwin
One of my faves, but without spoiling EVERYTHING I'm not sure I can explain it.
This takes the idea of Wanda creating the hex, but she catches a WHOLE LOT MORE in there. Bucky and Zemo are living quiet lives in the Hex without realizing who they are. There is SO MUCH romantic amnesia in this fic and it's SO LONG. Seriously one of my top faves. Also many X-Men cameos.

This is like a half-AU, where Bucky was born in the 80s and ends up as an American transfer to Zemo's EKO-Scorpion squad. Some power difference, VERY HOT, really fun, excellent Zemo character stuff.

If I could wipe my memory of any winterbaron fic to read it again, it would be this one.
Zemo is in EKO-Scorpion and his squad captures The Winter Soldier. By some careful speaking around the truth, Zemo manages to convince the Soldier that he's in charge of him, and a secret HYDRA agent. And then Zemo ends up dragging Bucky along with him and his squad. Some TRULY AMAZING OCs in this one, Zemo's squad feels so fleshed out and alive. Zemo gets very close to The Soldier at that time. It's featuring some of the hottest scenes I've ever read. Later it CATCHES up with the plot of TFATWS and they both have to deal with the fallout of that.
"Top Secret Just Married" by thewinkitty
FAKE MARRIED, what more can you ask for. This is a WIP, and hasn't updated in a while, HOWEVER you will not regret reading it. Me and my friends refer to this fic as "Waffle House fic, my beloved' and it is WORTH IT even though it's not done.

Another fake married one, very sweet, some nice Sam interactions, VERY ROMANTIC AND SOFT missionfic.
