A missed $ resulted in service cut. For 2 wks, They REFUSED to do $ arrangement’s. 😳 I’m paid on 4th & they will cut me on 3rd. Means start up fees.

Other utilities never do this. 🤨 #BlueRidge has sneaky processes that are not listed when you sign up for service. #businessfails
