But also, we miss things when we’re not looking. We don’t always have the full story or understanding of why someone behaves the way they do.

It’s part of a more complex system which plays with the idea of the passage of time and memory. The player only gets to see bits and pieces of these particularly emotional sequences. A big part of the game is exploring how our interpretation informs the narratives we create about the past.
