We learnt recently that Autopsy was never performed. Partial autopsy by Medical Examiner means they dissect part of the body injured. Medical examiner failed to open the head though there was injury. Autopsy has to be supervised. In this case Chief Medical Examiner was not present. ME had to take pictures of oral cavity. They missed it. Stomach has to be opened to determine time of death. Entry wound had to be examined to see the soot to identify exact distance between victim and the fire arm. No crime reconstruction. With so many errors we can challenge OCME of their conclusion.
