I have far too many friends and acquaintances who drive full-size four-door pick up trucks for non-commercial purposes. And they don’t haul that much that often either other than themselves and groceries. Maybe if they were taxed appropriately, they’d reconsider their vehicle choice.

I absolutely hate how garbage the quality is these days of large appliances. Four year-old washing machine, last year the water intake valve failed, replaced. Today the door latch broke. Previous machine lasted 20 years and only needed the tub shock absorbers replaced when they wore out. 😤
