it took me 130 hours to attempt my first one
to be clear, I'm not complaining, it's an extraction shooter and I like a tough-as-nails challenge. the drop rate on 6 key is the only real irritating factor for me and I have Sunday-Wednesday to farm it single-mindedly. but I imagine they reduce the hurdles as we approach end of season
yeah, it's a D2 raid with a tight time pressure and a lot of navigation decisions *and* PvP as complicating factors. the biggest impediment to completion is that you need to acquire the six keys in other maps, which (given 6's really low drop rate) invariably results in farming
yep, it is very clear it is meant for 3-person dedicated friend groups and very little else. I assume the solo experience grows as the game continues but you really do have to have one or two Comfortable Stacks for it to sing
having said that: They need to make the 6 key drop more frequently please and thank you bungie typing up an angry "I deserve five 6 keys this is why the game is dying" reddit post right now
would really love it if someone did an article interviewing Firmly Non-Sweats who manage to kill the Compiler; it requires a dedicated team and a lot of preparation and focus and non-zero luck but it is not something that only CS2 headshot wizards can manage, and that isn't how it has been received

Saw Osamu Tezuka’s Metropolis theatrically. I love that 1999-2004 cel animation and I love that 90s-00s “reinterpreting foundational mangaka” Giant Robo/Astro Boy 2004 and I can tell Yoko Taro and Tetsuya Takahashi liked it a lot but: it was mostly Okay beyond being jaw-droppingly beautiful
