Some Monday fixes & updates! Fixed:
-When selling an item in a one-time shop didn't visually update and could lead to an error
-A couple of cases with DracoLich skill filters that led to unintended behavior
-DoT/HoT + Buffs sometimes not counting as Buffs
-Bk1 Warlic reappearing

Fixed DracoLich Super Savior issue where certain class mechanics were not interacting with Filtered skills.

Fixed a few bugs with the DracoLich Super Savior:
-Learning phase is now removed when entering the final phase.
-Trinkets and Weapon Specials no longer satisfy Filters at all.
-Defeating Tog G now properly removes the -All effect on the player.

#DragonFable Minor update today, tried to unify SnuggleBear armor things in early HHD chapters. Snuggle Bear is now SnuggleBear, SnuggleBear Armor counts for SnuggleGram delivery again, etc. SnuggleBear minor skill update is still coming later with this week's release.
