The procedure was unrelated to my sleep issues. I just think that it could have had the unintended effect of resetting my sleep schedule. Anecdotal evidence.

Any researchers in need of a next study?
I had delayed sleep-wake phase disorder.
Never able to wake up on time for work, and rarely able to get to sleep early.
I had to go under general aesthetic for a procedure last month. Ever since, I've found it easier to get to sleep and wake up feeling great

Wish I'd have started stopping so much sooner. Still, a win's a win.
