I fully understand that. After being at Uni all day, sometimes you just don't have the mental fortitude to be that energetic.
I think everybody goes through it, so don't be harsh on yourself if you want a chill stream.
The chat will enjoy it more if you're happy and enjoying the stream too.

I have this every so often and I always just say that I'm low energy and that I might be a bit quieter than usual.
Or I just stream for a bit and stop earlier so I at least did something instead of giving in to the brain worms.
