Exactly, beta branch on Steam sounds like the best idea that I will use going forward. I will also implement in-game feedback form in my every game as that was key to solve these bugs for me

I've tried Steam's Playtest feature but collecting feedback was very hard. I've also had some dedicated community members that were testing. But as facts show, it was not enough. Later on I implemented in-game feedback form, which was A HUGE help as I would also get game logs and a description
