Thank you! 🥹 I genuinely thought I was never going to reach this level of Ukrainian — it’s been an exhilarating year!

Also, listening to this audiobook and reading and everything else I do is adding up, because I spoke a bit in Ukrainian at three separate professional or networking events this week and I’m extremely proud of myself 😌

(This led me to realize I don’t know how to say “aliens” in Ukrainian, which I looked up and discovered there are a bunch of different words. So I’ll probably just keep yelling in English for now)

Exciting news: at 41% of the way through my Ukrainian scifi audiobook, we’re at the point where I yell “IT’S ALIENS” about five times during certain chapters. Apparently I’m the same embarrassing person whether I’m reading scifi in English or Ukrainian 😂

Still insane that our level 13 party just shrugged off a meteor swarm. Our dm definitely thought we might have a TPK and then two of us literally took *0 damage* (rogue and monk). My wizard only didn’t go down because his arcane ward was at full and he had Absorb Elements

Our Valenari lost her companion though which was heart-wrenching, and it’s honestly a miracle our guide lived through it (which is good because I’m getting really attached to him).
