I'm virtually attending the IEEE PELS TC 3 meeting at APEC 2026. I am a voting member of this technical committee.

Congratulations to #IEEE MOVE on ten years of outstanding disaster relief deployments of IEEE MOVE vehicles in the aftermath of various disasters, for example, in the US and abroad, and STEM outreach! I am proud to have participated as an IEEE volunteer on the IEEE MOVE Weather Team in 2021.

Four years ago, on February 22nd, the Baton Rouge Section Affinity Group,WIE was founded. I served in several leadership roles in 2022, including as the first Affinity Group Chair of this WIE Affinity Group. Learn more about IEEE WIE at wie.ieee.org.

As a guest, I attended the MGA Board meeting at the Austin Mariott Downtown for the lEEE Meeting Series on Feb. 14, 2026. It was very nice to meet IEEE leaders and staff b4 and during the reception (confirmed registration) and colleagues at the IEEE GPC meeting on Feb. 10, 2026, at breakfast, etc.
