The part that's surprising to me is that there were two Navy sailors on the USS Lincoln who overdosed in a 10-day span, including the one who died, and it doesn't seem any of it was ever made public. NCIS was also investigating "drug distribution activities on the USS Abraham Lincoln" more broadly

What they did give me was 18 pages of this. They know the dates that the collisions happened, but not the time, location or if anyone was injured or killed.
