Do you have any advice on finding the motivation to work on things like games? I have so much trouble getting my brain to focus and do the work to realize my ideas

For me: Don't scroll social media & don't put that youtube video or podcast on in the background. It can be hard & I'm bad about it sometimes too, but those constant tiny dopamine hits make it so hard for me to be creative. Become comfortable with stillness, its part of the process
