i would never reccomend getting off medication in a normal circumstance, but in my situation i shouldn’t have been prescribed it in the first place bc it was severely harming my body physically. forgetting to take it fr saved me

today marks one full year off anxiety medication after being on it for 5 years. i had forgotten to take it bc it was thanksgiving & it was so busy, and i had not felt that physically & emotionally better in years, and still do! i’m really happy with my choice ❤️

watching season 1 of friends at 26 is so weird. monica is my age but played by someone whos 30. also INFINITELY way more uncomfortable watching the ep where she finds out the guy shes dating is younger than he is omfg i couldnt imagine even dating a 22 year old let alone younger than that????
