I just got a letter from the motor register agency, telling me that they have accidentality doxed my private information like full name and address to some "unspecified company" and then I get a letter from the dep. of medicine, saying that they are terminating the reimbursement for my medications

Our house will take up most of my spare time, for the time being as it needs a crap top on work to make it safe to live in. So expect posts of my bad DIY attempts 🫠

Finally capped the danger noodle in the attic. Still not ideal, but at least I can turn on the group now without fearing it will short circuit or burn my house down. Also removed the loose outlet because it gave me anxiety

The outlet is okay but I don't like the way the high voltage cable is just run against the wall like that. It should be possible to get it behind the wall into the breaker room behind the wall- and YES I KNOW my internet cable is routed the same way.. (planning to change that in the feature so I can hopefully avoid interference)

Well I checked all the outlets in the house and so far I've found quite a few that needs to go. So yeah.. I'm not going to bother trying fixing or terminating those myself. Gonna need an electrician, especially because almost all of them are not earthed or done according to code

Found this delightful rats nest of fire hazard and death in the attic when getting the summer wheels that was stuffed in front of it. Tested it with my probe and they are indeed live, but I can't turn it off, as it shares the same breaker group as the living room outlets two floors down 🫠

Spend the whole day stabilizing the loose face. About 80% of the wood has decayed, so had to chisel away enough to add in new planks to keep the window from falling out. The wing will not survive another winter, I need to demolish it and then hire a contractor to re-build it... Fun year so far
