Great catch by @friedberg on the latest @allinpod 🎙️
@openclaw isn’t just a viral tool, it’s the digital proof of concept for the "Super Worker."

Products aren't solving problems anymore, they're shipping opinions
I am not the same builder I was 2-3 years ago, and I'm not even the same founder I was 6 months ago. The way I think about brand, AI, and product has shifted in every direction.
For that, I have zero regrets.
Ship something. Anything.
" Build it. Use whatever tools move fast - BRANDISEER, a doc, a whiteboard.
It doesn't have to be perfect on day one. It has to exist.
Proof of execution beats proof of potential every time.
What if every founder here followed every other founder in this thread - we'd all have a sharper network, real feedback loops, and people who actually get the build.
Use AI For Everything
- create reports, decks and sheets
- vibe code apps
- schedule tasks
- do things on demand
- manage your social media
- get legal and health advice
The more AI eats jobs, the more you need to build a personal brand and become a creator.
unpopular opinion:
startup founders should build things that excite them rather than focusing on products that they think excite investors
Many AI startups are copying CalAI marketing playbook.
-> Micro influencer strategy
-> Aggressive tiktok marketing
-> Paid ads on meta
Massive divide I'm seeing:
A) Teams where the leader hands-on, building with the latest productivity tools and best practices, sees first-hand what this means and championing everyone to use it, not caring about $$$
B) leader not engaged, team still think new tools (aka basic automation) is "meh"
Wait, so let me get this straight
Everyone’s a 100X engineer now
Claude code can one shot $1B B2B SaaS
AI can be used for marketing, creatives and everything
AI has now shifted from advisor to operator
Might sound crazy, but AI generated code is a reflection of your skills.
If you’re decent at coding, you can get good results with it.
everyone's losing their minds over the claude bot stuff, but let's be real-it's not that surprising.
ai controlling your tools & computers was never a real question. that's just pure timing. every app on your machine & phone will eventually be driven through an ai interface.
What are you building this week?

A friend not in tech asked what I thought AI meant for design and branding companies. Thought it would be useful repeating publicly:
We do not yet know who will benefit most from AI being incorporated in design tools, but there will be ~no non-AI design platforms in future.
The more AI automates design work, the more critical it becomes to build systems that understand your brand-not just execute tasks
what nobody's telling you about AI influencers will change everything you think you know...
the creator economy is restructuring in real-time and millions are being printed from nothing
The best AI tools you need to be using:
- Time saving: Manus
- Brand Visuals: BRANDISEER
- Image generation: Gemini (Nano Banana Pro)
- AI secretary: Your Atlas
- Web design: Lovable
- Networking: Social Sweep
- AI video clone: HeyGen
- AI chat clone: BuddyPro
- Instagram sales: Revio
AI badly needs designers mindset. Designers don’t speak code they speak visuals.
BRANDISEER is an AI design tool for designers, not engineers.
A strong brand is worth more than a large budget; to be instantly recognizable is better than any ad spend.

At what age did you write your first line of code?
The worst part of building is losing interest, many days are like you don't feel doing anything and maybe just wants to quit everything.
But these are the day which make you stronger if you keep yourself motivated.
do employers actually care about online course certs in 2026 or is it just resume clutter at this point?
What people think AI branding is like: instant consistency, zero effort
What building an AI branding system is actually like: loving the problem enough to rebuild it from scratch every time the answer gets closer
Devs, settle this once and for all:
- Laptop
- PC
Less than 1% of your brand touchpoints are "designed" with real consistency. And yet somehow, every customer impression, every pitch deck, every ad either builds your brand or quietly destroys it.
What are the odds you're leaving that to chance.
Would you turn down more money
just because you like the people you work with?
