I wondered if colorblindness would affect this. I'm sure it does now. Things that look similar to me may look slightly different to you. It's really neat. It's not just testing your color detection; it's testing your ability to see slight variations in luminosity as well.
Sneak peak into the horror game. I have finished the creature base and am doing some scenes. So I increased its size then grayscale filled out details. Once I have done that step; I paint with a dithering brush at different amounts to really bring it in line with the rest of the game's style.
