They are not serious about HE - I have tried to talk to senior(ish) reform figures on Higher Education. They generally lack enough knowledge for the conversation to make sense. that's not shade just the reality of my interactions.

I'm still in the developmental stage - I've got some more data sources I'm currently adding in to try and strengthen the model but it's getting there.

Between the 1991, 2001, 2011 and 2021 Census *every* ethnic group in the UK has become *less* geographically segregated and *all* groups, majority and minorities, are more likely to interact with people not like them
