Zero money bet that he fixated on it the moment he heard that style was called "triumphal", because he's probably been doodling the word "triumph" in his notes with the letters of his last name bolded since junior high. Also no bet on what context he first noticed the architecture in.
And it will fail for the same reason as all the other times; the demographic of "people who will pay extra to get a stranger's ass in their face" is neither extensive nor nonproblematic.
I'm also concerned that if they do succeed Poe's Law will be in full effect.

Every project everywhere ever.
"clearing" encampments throws away what little documentation they have, then ICE swoops in because they can no longer prove ctizenship. The cruelty is the point. They do not want to rescue anyone from society's failings, because the failings are by design.
I would happily pay for a replacement for the "Mug of Evil -10" that I broke... uh... {mumble} years ago!
I've felt the need to break out this pic far too often lately...
Munchausen by proxy.
What they're actually trying to do...
One of my favorite books, "Little, Big" by John Crowley, has the foundational principles that the further in you go the bigger everything gets, and perhaps even more importantly, that where you arrive depends on how you get there. It also takes place around and in NYC, so there's that too.
Relistening now for the first time in a decade or so to Stan Roger's "Between the Breaks" because that reminded me of the title. Pretty good outcome as free associating goes.
Also, "how are we supposed to trap a tradwife without an unwanted pregnancy and parents disowning them for it?"
Nobody takes the Blue-Footed Boobysaur seriously. *sniffle*
Nah, the point was to lower *minority* birthrates. Because "only 'those' people end up as single moms on welfare".
Hence the "Wait, that's not what we meant.". Assume the absolute worst motives, then go lower, and there they are.
I'm of a generation where "this dot is your pong player, the identical one over there is the ball" and "the duck-shaped sprite is a dragon" was as good as it got. That, along with enjoyment of amusement park rides, taught me that game mechanics are the framework that imagination and theming hang on.
The 13th and the 19th Amendments, glancing at the 18th and looking back at that someone:

Well yeah. This is the guy that screwed up trade because he saw "one million dollar trade deficit", and rather than understanding that they bought 49 million and we bought 50, would blow up 99 million in trade because "we were losing".
Maybe someone critically important to bluesky is just waiting for a pizza to be delivered before getting back to work. > <
I don't recall anyone actually singing, but then again there's been a whole lot more star war produced since I last watched any. "Opera" has always seemed a little off the mark.
During the pandemic, food distributors heard this and developed "crispy fries" which are, basically, batter coated so they can be... fried fries. Which, while cool food science, also contributes to why what used to be a $5 side order of fries is now $20 delivered.
"They have chosen not to accept our terms" says everything anyone needs to know about his idea of 'negotiation'. More of that playground Sopranos outtake they pulled on Zelenskyy, I'm sure.
Particularly considering that history, even US history, is full of woefully unqualified politicians doing similar, but succeeded for *actually listening* to the buildings full of experts, rather than firing anyone who says anything other than 'yes boss'.
Cautious optimism with regards to Hungary; ok, so he's voted out. But will he go quietly? And what will the Trump regime learn from it?
Oh, that's nothing... wait until you go looking for the unsubscribe buttton!
Step 2: Jim Crow 2.0, refusing to rent or sell to those they hate.
Step 3: Cf: Niemoller poem.
Some days, when catching up on the news, I begin to understand carcinisation. Can't relate to humans today.
To threaten his wife over her press conference. Which, yes, makes it even worse.
