Tonight I beat Pragmata. Very cute, fun and charming game. The story is really weak but the gameplay experience is very unique, solving puzzles while fighting is exhilarating. Try out the demo and if you like it, definitely try the game out!
I love my in-game daughter, she is dumb as bricks

After months trying Magic The Gathering on and off, I think after today I can confidently say it just isn't my thing. Been wanting to bond with my friends while playing it, but it bores me to tears
Resident Evil 2 - Leon
Resident Evil 4 - Leon
Resident Evil 9 - Leon
Leon's evolution throughout the games is actually really cool. Is this what kids these days refer to as twink death?
Stayed up late to beat Resident Evil 9 Requiem (no regrets). It's a perfect mix of horror and action, Grace's segments are intense while Leon's are dumb fun.
My only complaint is that, at times, it felt like the team leaned a little too hard into nostalgia bait.
Uh yeahhh. I didn't really like The Super Mario Galaxy Movie, I don't think putting cool references on the screen makes up for the lack of... Everything? Music was dope though
I really, really like what they did to all characters. The redesigned versions really work for me.
I beat Resident Evil 2 Remake. It's an incredible horror game which gave me an awkward feeling of reliving some childhood memories with a different perspective. For example, as a kid I was terrified of the dogs and even now as an adult, hearing them bark kind of unsettled me
I beat Resident Evil 4 Remake over the weekend and I had a blast with it. It's so easy to see how the original became one of the most influential videogames of all time. Also the remake looks absolutely stunning in PC
no way, what? why? This is beyond devastating
Took me more than a year to finally beat Black Myth: Wukong. I dropped it multiple times, but it hooked me in Chapter 3 and I did not stop until tonight when I finally beat it. Visually impressive in both gameplay and cutscenes (anime, stop-motion) and a compelling story. Its great.
I can't believe what just happened. So much work from such talented people, gone.
pray do tell
Finally, it's here! The Oral History of Guitar Hero, Rock Band and the Music Game Boom from @metallicaisrad.bsky.social and @readonlymemory.com, this means a lot to me because GH and RB are the games that would eventually inspire me to become a game developer myself.
Happy new year!
Here is my top 10 games of 2025 no one ever really asks about but I still post every year anyways. Interesting year for RPGs although the only big surprise for me this year were both Dispatch and Hundred Line.
Last night I beat Dragon Age Origins for the first time. It's a fantastic game, some annoyances that merely come from an old game being played with modern hardware but that is trivial. Enjoyed it greatly.
I am playing Dragon Age Origins for the first time and I don't understand why these important NPCs are half naked
The rush before the holiday break is always thrilling. What a week
I shall do so, father
Fortnite became the videogame equivalent of Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny. Why are Hatsune Miku and Godzilla teaming up? Why is it so awesome? lol
Finally finished Pokemon Legends ZA. It was a okay, nowhereas near as good as Legends Arceus but the combat grew on me. Rhe ending felt a bit harder than expected.
I beat Dispatch twice this weekend. I absolutely loved it, top three GOTY contender for me. Strongly recommended to absolutely anyone
I beat Digimon Story Time Stranger, the gameplay itself is actually great and the evolution (and de-evolution) system is genius. But the underwhelming narrative bogs it down. It often feels more boring than it actually is because the story keeps getting in the way. Loved the combat and environments!
Last night I saw Edgar Wright's Running Man, didn't love it. Feels like his directing style from Scott Pilgrim, Baby Driver, Cornetto trilogy is pretty much gone
Frankenstein is an absolutely incredible film, Guillermo Del Toro does it again. Easily one of the best movies I have seen this year. The dialogue was so โ๏ธ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ
Hard times
Pacific Rim should be, at the very least, 99%
Played the demo for Skate Story, I like the style but it introduced me to Blood Cultures and now I am absolutely obsessed with their song from the latest trailer "Emptylands"

Yesterday I beat Hades 2, the true ending requires a bit of grinding so I might get it in the future or during winter break, but I am done with it for now. Loved it, but the story surprisingly let me down considerably. The resolution was not very satisfying in my opinion.
Been a while since I posted, been playing Silksong since it came out. I beat act 2 but I need to do side content for Act 3. Honestly don't know if I'll beat it, as much as I like it, the difficulty is certainly frustrating.
Very impressed that all the emotional and narrative beats hit just as hard as the first time back in 2018. An impressive game that validated my dream of becoming a gamedev back in college. Time to finally play Ragnarok on PC next.
