If you have pets, involving them can be fun too! I cook my dogs Christmas dinner every year and get them each a present, and if they’ll allow it I put them in a cute festive shirt or accessory for the day and take some photos.
Another vote for making your own traditions and enjoying pressure-free space to yourself! Watch movies or play games you love, Christmas themed if you want but if not just anything that brings you joy. Also get yourself a treat to celebrate all you’ve achieved, even if it’s just surviving the year.
