The carts have been updated and every update/DLC is on them aside from the Switch 2 update. They never updated the box art unfortunately, so it’s a bit misleading.

A couple years ago, I bought 4 codes for 3 months of Game Pass on sale for about $21 each. I use one each January when new releases slow down, and I go through and catch up on Xbox first party titles that I missed. This January I’m really looking forward to Outer Worlds 2 and the Indiana Jones DLC.

They’re ESRB, but UAE version. Basically identical except for a UAE stamp on the back, and a green triangle on the bottom left corner of the back. I’m pretty sure that’s the only format the Pokemon + DLC carts come in if you want the most up-to-date cart.
