A judge has ruled that the WWE must face an antitrust lawsuit that claims the organization monopolizes the pro-wrestling industry.
The WWE currently controls 92% of revenue from U.S. pro-wresting media rights, and their attempt to block the antitrust suit has been thrown out.
The California Senate has approved a bill to raise the minimum wage for all workers in health care facilities to $25/hr.
The law would cover all workers at these facilities, regardless of employer. That means nurses, janitors, food service, housekeeping, and more.
It now goes to the Assembly.
