Here's a new track l've been working on which l'm calling "Jean Claude Van
DAYUMMM". We all love Jean Claude with Blood Sport obviously being his best work but does anyone remember that movie where he's doing the terrible dancing in the black leotard? Is it “Kickboxer”?

I teach a lot of voice these days but when it comes to my own singing I like making "blarppp blarppp boop boop" noises with a mic and and effects and seeing if it reminds me of season 5 episode 23 of The Golden Girls where Dorothy yells at Blanche about her current promiscuities.

I love taking the train. Riding my bike to the station, hoping on, and just letting go as I passively journey to my destination is a feeling I just love on so many levels. If you've never trained before then I highly recommend training sometime.

I was inspired to write this track because of an event that took place the other week where I decided to lay down on a semi-truck ramp at a warehouse and take a snooze. I can lay on any concrete surface and close my eyes and sometimes I prefer it. Anyways that’s my story.
