It's nice seeing a lot of the tech I grew up with making a more triumphant return, with more gusto than just musings

A day or two more, and I should have a breadboard and some wires to start experimenting before I start cutting away at some batteries to salvage the boards attached to them.
Re-found the innards of an old light glove that still has a logic board attached to them, so I might find how to trigger RGBs
Not bad, called it from the start, but the entire time I'm going "Boy meets World" and there was no Eric or FeHeHeheeny
Still, was a nice change of pace. Made me wiah that one project I auditioned for some years back had stuck
RP2040-PiZero next to micro hdmi
You were definitely right on mini, Thanks for looking out
I thought the smaller size was mini. This was an adapter I had for a 7" touch screen I've put next to
Do you like a specific kind of converter you enjoy using for your builds?
There's a HDMI to Micro or Mini i might pick up just for that reason, if anything more just to have one on hand
I have an adapter coming with an enclosure kit but that's getting set up with an actual Pi Zero 2 W
For some reason, I thought "oh it has a HDMI port"

Bit fonts, oooh, and Anims are built into the Driver?
Oh, I'm micropython-ing that old game and popping it in there, and give each thing a small animation
Just how many buttons do I need?
Keys?
Keyboard switches come in about a week out
I think there's about 30 potentiometers with caps, so..
And here begins the driver compilation and trying to figure out which ones we need
The Chambers Beneath in a red, green and brown on black palette.
If you find my #cga palette choices questionable, there's a new utility for #msdos by RetroErik that will help. PalSwap for EGA/VGA, which includes CGASwap for CGA, lets you choose your own palette and force it on just about any CGA game. Get it from github.com/RetroErik/Pa...
Awww Hell Yeah LFG!!!
Okay, it's not C#, but who cares?
C & C++ is decent
Though, once I really start diving deeper into micropython and making fonts for it, that's going to make those screens so cool
RP2040-PiZero with covered gpio
First unforseen ish: that's a Micro HDMI and I don't have an adapter for it, but that's technically fine for the moment.
It has two IC2 output ports, and we've got these tiny small screens each of those ports are purposed for
It just means no immediate emulation or visual ssh through output
Tech stuff in a box
First batch of kit in.
Them buck converters are so tiny
There's 8 esp32s in this and a RP2040 with DVI over HDMI
SO many JST connectors
Thanks for the theft again, good to know you're still obsessed
As for movements themselves, just like 2D, it's Animations.
Collision, Basically the same, just add an Axis
Youtube, Zenva, HumbleBundle (still, Shockingly) sometimes has some stuff.
Most of it is learning math, like how things are in relation with each other in a 3D space, then figuring out how you want to move things (if they move) and how to keep things from falling through the floor
The Metro Series, based on the books of the same name, were kind of on point, including blindsiding individuals and old corrupt powers taking over in a power vacuum.
It starts to nag at you how real it actually is, especially when you see folk reenact.
Why would any sort of genocide be palatable?
I imagine they had to clean up a lot of accounts on that side of the country
This side, it's been clear as any ol' Blue Sky
And there it is, Literally like a Nazi
I care far less about the opinion of those who'd be willing to wipe out any sort of general population, and it speaks more about the group you've decided to attach to, especially when the direct head is or was part of the demographic you want to eliminate.
Ffs,I had a feeling this was the truth
Now he's actively promoting Genocide
