It’s so against my grain to have done that that yes it was quite painful. Less fuelled by frustration and more fuelled by pushing for the best for communities globally ❤️

The number of DMs I received basically saying "me too" to the types of issues I was facing was enlightening. Not everybody has a Sunil, and it was crazy to hear the stories from those that don't

I've generally had a good experience, but this one was so bad that I lost faith

Needless to say, I've now deleted all those posts. Nobody asked me to, I just did because I truly hate being that person. I'm a "peace love and community" guy at the end of the day ✌️❤️🙌

However, given this experience, I will still be looking to migrate away from @cloudflare.social

My last resort was to just rinse Cloudflare here on socials. I hate doing this. It's so far against my grain and who I am as a person, but I was left no choice as they were not responding to my support requests, the service was broken, and our users globally were blocked

All of this while their system was literally broken. Nothing on the Status page that I could point users to say "it's not us, it's them". So users are just constantly emailing me that things are broken while I was literally powerless on my gasoline-less bicycle to help 😩

It shouldn't have taken Sunil being Sunil to get the correct result here

Repeatedly, Cloudflare was telling me the equivalent of "but it says here you bought 51 barrels of gasoline for your bicycle" and I'm saying "my dudes I'm riding a bicycle, your billing system is incorrect"

I'm so grateful to have @threepointone.bsky.social as a close friend ❤️ Thank you for sorting everything for me dude. I literally do not think it would've been possible without you. Honestly a gift to society and a wonderful human being

Yeah I'm used to working around various aspects of their products. It has gotten better over the years!

But this time they let me down massively. They're blaming _me_ for their dashboard misbilling us, while not responding for months to my emails. All while their platform is literally broken... 🤡

The London time zone is the actual worst for testing time zones 😄
