Right, at this point the negativity surrounding the game is just overwhelming and mean-spirited. I will quietly enjoy this game and If EoF isn't fun then I'll take a break, but the amount of targeted hate and echo chambering is exhausting. It's foul.
FromSoftware shared a series of images showing Stormveil Castle at various stages of development in a magazine, CGWorld issue 286, and when I look at it, I feel like I can understand why Dark Souls II is the way that it is. There are areas kind of at or around each of these stages of polish.
