I read 'How to Become the Dark Lord and Die Trying' as part of our book club, then its sequel, 'Everybody Wants to Rule the World Except Me'. The latter was the first book I’ve read for fun in over a decade - and it was worth it. If that’s not a glowing review, I don’t know what is.
