Turns out this was an active shooter incident. Possibly multiple suspects. I'm hearing 3 people have been detained. There are multiple victims. Not sure on much more than that right now.

MEDICAL EMERGENCY (POSSIBLE CHILD DROWNING) - SW Bridle Hills Dr @ Powerline Trailhead - Child was stuck underwater in a broken pipe. Was underwater for possibly four or more minutes. Police on scene now. Child is unconscious but has a pulse.

Fire is out.
