I feel like the last few terms have been testing my patience. What do you mean you are not grading the milestones in a timely manner to tell me I’m on the right track?! What if I’m doing the entire final wrong & have to rewrite everything in week 7?

Went to a cute bookstore over the weekend & was able to decorate my Kobo 👏🏻🫶🏻

I wish people would be mindful that the tone you read the text in & the tone it was typed in might now be the same tones. So getting mad over a text is slightly wild if no clarification was asked for 🤷🏻‍♀️ or is that just me?

Leaving behind Amazon (especially for books) has been far easier than I expected actually lol. There are moments with non-book related things that it has been a challenge but for the most part, I don’t miss it at all 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

I have a project proposal & milestone due this week & it is too early for this to occur to me 🥲🥲

So far the cons to the kobo are:
1. The battery life is not AS good as kindle. (Not bad tho)
2. It doesn’t like to stay connected to my WiFi
3. I have no idea how to use overdrive to use my library for ebooks (which will be mended)

Pros?? Literally everything else. I am a kobo girly forever now 👏🏻

First book on it: I Who Have Never Known Men (loved it a lot)
Second book on it will be: House of the Beast (I’m vibrating with excitement)
