Way too many people assume just because they are buying a new house it won't have construction defects. My experience is that large construction companies like Pulte are no guarantee of quality as they knock out homes as fast and as cheap as possible.

I think all of this year we may see flat months or modest increases or decrease depending on what events happened that month. If we see declining numbers that's really bad and with the economy sliding into the toilet that's quite possible. Maybe we'll see a casino bankruptcy or take over or two...
