I made my first focaccia last weekend...a very wet dough:) I loved it! Makes me bolder...I decorated with what I had,olive,avo oil & lemon juice. Hugs and my advice is to do it:) Used Pantry Mama recipe and a lot of BF in a cold kitchen in Nor Cali (overnight in fridge cuz I like it sour) 🥖😀

Hi:) Got a big sourdough bake planned for this weekend. It's sooo helpful to work with your hands? Stretch and Folds and Coils are my favorite part. Fed starters tonight:) Happy Baking...ya know, in a coup d'etat? Stay Safe...

Peeps asking me if the program I work for, ya know, taking care of Elders, is safe? My answer: No Clue, but think OK, for today. I haven't gotten an email from children. 💗 to all facing their jobs being exterminated. Your experience can't be replaced. Anywho, I feed my sourdough starter tonight.

Happy Saturday! For all ya'll out there into sourdough, I'll be baking sandwich bread and wanted to share recipe as IT WORKS!
400g bread flour
215g water 25% Wh Milk
100g starter
9g salt
20g olive oil
20g honey
Same day bake after allowing to double in the bread pan. 425° for 15, 350, 30 minutes.

Just say'n? Llamas are cool, but some might spit. This one is the spotting kind, so, ya know, kept my distance:)

PS? Watch Duty is a lifesaver. Speaking from experience from Lake County, CA where we burn every year, sadly. Watch Duty is a free app. Please, get it? And, don't go putting peeps down for abandoning cars. My community is littered with burned out cars and houses. Most people lived. They got out.

World? Fires. Lemme say this. Evacuating from a fire is terrifying. The smoke is so thick, the fear is so deep. Getting out is all that matters. To all in So Cal impacted, or know someone that is, I care... Please, STAY SAFE. ❣️

I left a loaf for 3 days in the fridge...it was yummy and sour! Not the spring though... It was still delicious bread! 😀🥖

Today I made Sourdough sandwich bread for first time. Lemme say I was nervous! I babyed this baby and got a great result! My first time not scoring:) Lemme know if want recipe? Used a 25% milk, avo oil and honey and trusted the RISE process. Happy! 🙂🥖
