The actors they cast in that movie didn’t resemble any visual I had from listening to the Jack, Doc, and Reggie characters in the radio series.

It came out in the 1940’s.
I randomly saw it while flipping through cable, maybe it was on TCM.
I didn’t know they made a movie of it, I watched it, it was not good at all.

I’ve listen to those old radio shows a ton of times. Really liked that series.
I still have many cassettes and CD’s of the radio program.

I lucked out and got all those Nexus issues at a comic shop like 10 years ago for $1.50 each.

It’s a great series.
I’m only missing like 10 issues from the run I have. I’ve got #1-60.
The random ten are some in the 30’s & 40’s.
Good luck trying to find most issues at a con, I’ve had zero luck the last two years.
