Working on OIYD! atm. It's strange how linear perspective is clicking with me once more. Sometimes the basics do help contextualize a lot of things, and this chapter demands it.

I finished RE4 for the first time. Pretty satisfied with the campy elements along with the action. lol

I played RE5 for the first time yesterday. Had a lot of fun with the co-op mechanics lol. Though with progress on the OG RE4, I think I'm half way there? It's rough navigating...

This week going to post some RE fanart stuff but still up keeping with comic work (while taking breaks 👍)

Leon Kennedy sketch painting in Rebelle 7. I'm still doing my mission playing through a handful of games before RE9, but I'm enjoying the journey (and pain 😂).

why are people talking about webcomics not being an open community

Keep in mind: I drew this back in January, before I saw the entire world tour and arcade story. The monkey paw curls harder for Alex fans. 💀

If you’ve ever complained about shipping prices, please take that energy and direct it to your elected representatives. Tell them to fight for more funding of the postal service!

If we lose the USPS it’s absolutely inevitable that shipping rates will increase with all carriers. 😤

Finished RE2 remake few days ago and restarted a file in RE4 OG. It took me a while, but ngl I like it. Kinda crazy it took me a while to get back in the RE mood but it's the year of Capcom this time lol.

Search LibGen, the Pirated-Books Database That Meta Used to Train AI Millions of books and scientific papers are captured in the collection’s current iteration.

Just a reminder to check for your name in this list of books that OpenAI trained from. If your name is there, they probably owe you several thousand dollars.

OpenAI cried that if everyone eligible author files, the company will go bankrupt, so I'm alerting every author I have ever spoken to.

I've been getting back into comics while I wait for more info from my concept job, and I thought I'd make a post about something very important to me, which is COMIC PANEL VARIATION and HOW TO THINK ABOUT IT.

I think the biggest damage to the art community was the obsolescence of gallery sites (y!, deviantart, etc) and the rise of scroll-by social media, like twitter and even tumblr. Art is not ''content'', you shouldnt need to post art every day (or every month!) to be relevant. This mindset sucks.

Picture of Marjane Satrapi alongside a quote from her. The quote reads:

The world is not divided into countries. The world is not divided between East and West. You are American, I am Iranian, we don't know each other, but we talk together and we understand each other perfectly. The difference between you and your government is much bigger than the difference between you and me. And the difference between me and my government is much bigger than the difference between me and you.

And our governments are very much the same...

I know this feels pointless but everyone has to call their congressional reps and say they oppose war with Iran and they oppose Trump illegally starting one without congressional approval — both

5 Calls can help you make the call:

Slide 2: a blue and red graphic with white text that reads: House Republicans have introduced a bill to effectively grant the federal government decision-making power over what books make it into the library. Misleadingly called the "Stop the Sexualization of Children Act," H.R. 7661 is a national-level book banning bill that would ban any book that, according to the bill's language, "(ii) involves gender dysphoria or transgenderism." This means any book about a trans person or the trans experience would be banned from every public school in the United States.
