After putting it off GF and I are burning through "The Rookie". Got a bit tired of police procedurals but god damn Nathan Fillion elevates this show to 11. Hoping it doesn't get silly after season 1 as a lot of these tend to.

Star Trek Section 31 "TV movie" I greatly sense was a mini-series/6-epiosde but got trimmed to heck. It's really rushed, enjoyable certainly, but the Ocean 11 quick cuts were jarring and had very little character development. More though as Michelle Yeoh is just fantastic.

Got around to watching DC's animated Watchmen Part 1 and 2 movies last night. I don't know what I expected after the movie and original but really couldn't discern any differences. Still an enjoyable 3-hours but felt a bit redundant. May finally get around to the HBO show now though.
