oh and also!! I did try the repair option to no avail haha ;~; also uninstalling/reinstalling, omg I tried every tried and true technique. so frustrating!! thank heavens for my husband helping me out in the end lmao!!!!! thank you for responding as well! very appreciated x

okay so hubby deleted all TS3 folders (well, renamed them) and forced the game to create all new folders. missing a lot of my items but I can slowly build that back up, adding some in gradually over time so as not to overload the game. WE'RE BACK, BABYYYYY!!!!!! only took a MONTH 🥴

someone on there had the EXACT issue I had, I followed the steps they were told to take and low and behold.. didn't work for me ;~; My husband found a somewhat fix tho!! deleted all TS3 folders and forced game to create new ones. Just sort of half starting from scratch now lol T_T BUT at least I can

Can anybody help me out here? It’s been over a month now that my #thesims3 game will not open… one day it’s perfect, the next the launcher won’t even stay open for long enough to press play. I can’t bypass the launcher to see if that will open the game?! I’m so close to just deleting my channel lol

So... a fresh reinstall without any mods or CC... or even any of my save files... didn't work 🥴
