There is an area in the ICE detention center in Minneapolis designated specifically for American citizens. Contemplate that for a minute.
Im in St. Paul and my signal group has been totally quiet. It is hard to gauge what is going on in St. Paul when it isn't covered on the news and there has been no request for Constitutional Observers.
Even places you might not expect, like Summit Hill. I don't spend enough time in St. Paul to say which places are getting hit more often or less often, but I can say you can see activity in a lot of different neighborhoods. Richfield, a suburb of the cities, also has been getting hit hard
