The original CCC was powerful but computationally expensive.

CCC-GPU changes that:
⚡ ~37× speedup in GTEx-scale data
⚡ Whole multi-tissue analysis in hours instead of ~2 weeks

This makes large-scale nonlinear correlation analysis practical.
