Netflix Household is really poor on Netflix's part. The global rollout is also terrible.
The feature is in their software in all regions, but the payment options to add additional homes (to allow for family accounts to use TVs over different networks) is not rolled out.

In most scenarios it won't make sense, e.g. if you handling routing via React, you have already made your monolithic choice
