idk if this would help you/if this is the same issue but I have oral allergy syndrome and found that microwaving stuff for 10-15 seconds seems to help without like, "cooking" cooking it? (My big one is avocado, lmao) It apparently destroys the allergen protein without having to fully cook it!!
