Read this initially as Justin Theroux and that made his ouvre way more interesting.
Yours makes more sense tho

The last program I was using is the 25-man dungeon to my 10-man skill.
Technically doable, but not neat and I need more experience/better gear to make it work.
Now that I'm on a '10-man program' I'm legit feeling so much better about progress.
Still lifting heavy, still overloading. Not dying.
Win any time we would take a pack down.
It wasn't until we got to the boss, who smote us in twelve seconds that we realized we'd been running the 25-man version of the dungeon with ten people.
Doable, but EXTREMELY hard and not the appropriate difficulty level and the boss was impossible.
Shifting to this different gym routine is pretty enlightening.
Back in the Wrath of the Litch King era of WOW, I went with a group of ten folk to check out Naxxramas as an appropriately geared, heroic dungeon running druid. We were struggling, trash pulls were hard as hell. It felt like a huge
The good news is that as long as I'm not doing curls and accidentally hyperextending my elbow, it does great under load that's still hard for me, so I'm sure that's actually helping some.
But even lifting my water bottle from a deadhang is hard on it, so I gotta do something.
This tennis elbow will not let up after a lot of rest and light working out loads, so I'm getting some flex bars that are used in PT offices to treat this and setting up a lil rehab program for it to see if that helps at all.
I actually think it was fine as a movie and would have obsessed if I were the target demo, but five in the morning is too early for Golden lol
I managed to stay mostly under the kpop demon hunters craze, but someone has taken to playing Golden every morning in the gym and yes I'm fuckin judging
Something funny about today being my three year anniversary at work.
Lmao one of the old heads on my team just dropped a 'm'lady' on me and it was 2007 again
I mean I know WHY. Diet is a bigger factor on weight loss than working out, but rn I'm eating enough to put on muscle, so I'm just gonna not worry about the scale for now
It is very strange to not see the scale move more than a few pounds but the muscle come in. I completely understand why some folks are built like barrels
I do have a jacket it might be in. I'm not full on autistic meltdowning yet lmao.
But if it's not in that jacket when I get home, no guarantees
Hahahahaha I thought I had my wallet with me when I left work on Friday, but it's not in my bag now which has me all kinds of fucked up on a Sunday where I can't do anything about it
A work in progress shot of approximately 1/3rd of the Long Dog Sampler pattern Life After Death. It is on pre-gridded 20 ct cream aida and done with a single strand of Wedgewood Blue, DMC #3842, thread.
approximately 225 hours and just under 18.5k stitches in (not counting the blackwork portions) and I'm 33% complete with this pattern. Eight more pages to go.

Occasionally my brain will just volunteer the stupidest shit.
The first Tool song I heard was The Pot, and dear sweet innocent little me was like 'Damn, Maroon 5 went in a different direction with this album.'
I often think about how that could have gone south.
He could have listened the first three times she turned him down and did not. It's lucky he didn't see me as a challenge.
I think about how often I've had to be rescued in a similar fashion.
Years ago I was at karaoke with a friend, and she had just gotten engaged (big ol rock on her hand).
Some guy kept coming up and wouldn't take no thank you for an answer so I butched it up as hard as I could and asked why he was bothering my fiancee.
He high-fived me and left us alone.
'oh my b'
The problem with being more into lifting these days is I'm regularly inundated with ads for things like 'dump covers' and 'lifting jorts'.
Tbf, I've at least considered a pair of the jorts bc deadlifting in hulk purple jorts sounds AMAZING.
Not amazing enough to spend actual money on but w/e
The amount of rage I feel when I see Oracle spamming jobs on LinkedIn.
It's a lot. There's a lot of rage.
TMZ going to DC to track down wayward politicians is so fucking funny to me.
Do I think paparazzi are borderline some of the worst people on Earth? Absolutely, and directing them towards the only folks who WORSE is genius.
There's one benefit to this gig that I really used, and they've removed it. I am very sad about this.
I hate that my television requires troubleshooting sometimes
We are definitely in Aries season because I just spent the whole drive home cranking shitty aughts numetal.
Only Fred Durst can really convey what it's like to have ONE OF THOSE DAYS
Oh welp that's rude and totally fair to be stressed about!
I had a coworker tell me once when I was feeling overwhelmed that we're not birthing children.
If someone has to wait for you to wrangle a hold of your sanity again, that's okay! They'll survive somehow!
If they need your attention that desperately, they'd probably prefer all of it vs exhausted.
Also, and completely unrelated to anything else today, lmao fuck Johnny Somali and I wish him a very laborious stay in the South Korean prison system.
More correctly, I don't hand out loaner keyboards because NO ONE STEALS THE WIRED ONES I ATTACH TO THE DOCKS.
It's too much hassle.
I resolved a problem (that continually happens at HQ bc they insisted on wireless peripherals), and am getting punished for it.
Just fucking silly.
But I don't create a ticket when I hand out a loaner keyboard sooooo that doesn't matter.
Either I'm spending half my day filling out redundant paperwork, or I'm actually helping people. Sorry we don't have a loaner desk to artificially inflate ticket numbers here. Instead my CSAT scores (ugh at the concept but they want numbers) are perfect and my office is quiet.
