This is fixed now!

Some features are not widely available. This feature is being rolled out to users over time, that is why some see it and others don't.

You are seeing that because you have enabled "logged out visibility" in your settings. That only happens on the posts tab.

The navigation bar is now at the top, you can scroll thru it to get to the tab you're looking for and click it.

You are not blocking yourself. You have this setting enabled in your profile:

Settings > Privacy and security > Logged-out Visibility

Also, the tabs have moved to the top.

You should be able to access your account information. The tabs have been moved to the top, click which one you'd like to view.
