The first statement is factual and data-based. The second statement is vibes and possibly hard-to-quantify psychology.

I’d love to see data on this collected by some airport workers union as to how employees get to JFK. My visual anecdotal evidence is that many employees take the MTA bus to Lefferts Blvd to avoid the AirTrain fare.

The title leaves room for ambiguity as to what the word “socialist” modifies in this (passive) sentence: “Green” or “transportation.”

While the article itself goes on to describe Green’s association with the DSA, the title itself doesn’t make that direct connection. That is an editorial decision.

The rational, data-informed answer to the ever-so-slightly provocative article title is still “Yes,” and a read of the article confirms that. Perhaps only as a comparison to the near short-term (last month or so) is air travel marginally less safe, but it is still certainly the safest transit mode

congrats. glad to hear that the variance has flipped on your +EV plays. to what extent do you think early season small sample size has to do with earlier results? presumably the data is more predictive now in mid season. and does that factor into the sizing of your bets?
