Valve banned VILE because of depictions of sexual violence using real people. Immortality doesn't contain those types of scenes. Also, came out way before Valve decided to change their rules, but didn't apply retroactively. You keep trying to split hairs here but fail miserably.
The Horses riding scene had an obviously nude woman. It doesn't matter if it isn't construed as "porn" by you, people just aren't going to accept children in sexual situations like that.
Valve's exact words were as in the image. Devs clearly identified the scene that was the issue and "amended".

There's nothing "objectively false" here because the character was clearly communicated as a child. Its not a 1000 year old dragon situation. Valve just rejected any further submissions because it doesn't want people pushing envelopes with kids in sexual situations.
This guy still just doesn't get it. Horses was submitted with a child character riding on the shoulders of a nude woman and was rejected from Steam because of that scene. The devs admitted it. Valve wont give it a 2nd chance because they violated a rule regarding minors and sex content.
